The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 Para . 1 lit. f GDPR).

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and follow our instructions regarding this data.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. At the time of linking, the linked pages were checked for possible legal violations. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
 

III. Plugins and tools

This website uses plugins from the video portal Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

When you visit one of our pages equipped with a Vimeo plugin, a connection to Vimeo's servers is established. The Vimeo server is informed which of our pages you have visited. Vimeo also obtains your IP address. This applies even if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have an account with Vimeo. The information collected by Vimeo is transmitted to the Vimeo server in the USA.

If you are logged into your Vimeo account, you enable Vimeo to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account.

The use of Vimeo is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offerings. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit 1 lit. a GDPR; consent can be revoked at any time.

IV. Apps and forms

1. iOS apps “Adeck theft-prevention” and “Adeck video surveillance”

The general regulations and the rights of those affected apply as described in the following data protection declaration for the “Adeck theft-prevention” and “Adeck video surveillance” apps offered in the Apple App Store. The apps themselves do not store any personal data and can only be used in conjunction with the server-side components of Adeck merchandise security.

“Adeck video surveillance” is also available in the Google Play Store.

2. Ticket forms

​

When using the Adeck ticket system, information about the sender of the ticket and their contact details such as branch name, address, email and optionally the telephone number are collected. This data will only be used to contact you during and after the ticket has been processed. The general regulations and the rights of those affected apply as described in the German Version of our data protection declaration.
